West Wake Office Center; 531 Keisler Drive, Suite 203; Cary, NC
I share a suite of offices with psychologist Rosalind Heiko, PhD in an office complex located near the intersection of Kildaire Farm Road and Tryon Road. Look for us across from the Waverly Place Shopping Center and from Western Wake Medical Center. West Wake Office Center consists of several brick office condos - look for the building numbered 531. Just park in front and let yourself into a small lobby with four suite doors to choose from - Suite 203. You will find yourself in our private waiting room and I will meet you there at our scheduled time.

For clients with health insurance coverage, I have a business manager available to help estimate your coverage, file insurance claims, and advocate on your behalf with your insurance company. If you prefer to file your own insurance, I will provide you with the information you will need to file claims. We are currently able to file electronically with several insurance companies which speeds up your reimbursement process. In addition, I am currently qualified as a Medicare provider. For clients without current health insurance coverage and experiencing financial hardship, the fee may be negotiable. Please ask about this when scheduling our initial session.
I have a private psychotherapy practice in Cary and my specialty area is in working with adults and adult issues. In addition to clients who come in for individual therapy, I also work with couples offering premarital counseling, couples counseling, communication skills training and divorce or post-relationship counseling. I also do a fair amount of parenting work, directly with parents; I do not schedule appointments with children or adolescents.
She has been a practicing therapist since 1991, in private practice since 1996. Gayle regularly appeared as a guest on WRAL-TV Channel 5 News over a period of 7 years offering parenting advice and expert opinions on various mental health issues. She is one of only a handful of therapists in the Triangle area trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a relatively new therapeutic approach to healing past and recent trauma. Since 2003, she has been utilizing this powerfully healing approach with excellent results. Gayle
