I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25+ years of professional experience providing mental health services, family therapy, couples/marital therapy and individual therapy to adults, adolescents and children. I also am a continuing education provider to fellow professionals in the community, presenting on marriage, family, and therapy topics, and I am a former associate professor, having taught at Antioch University New England (graduate programs in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling) and New England College (graduate program in Mental Health Counseling). I makes use of evidence-based treatment that involves using therapy approaches that are supported by research regarding their clinical soundness and effectiveness. I  strongly value working with clients in a collaborative, respectful team like manner for attaining the desired results that clients are looking for in as timely of a manner as possible.
