The door is tucked away perpendicular to the Aflac office. You’ll see their logo on the door. We’re right beside it- Suite B. The cost of the session is based on the length of your session- you choose the length! Most rates are less than your mental health co-pay, with an average session between $35-$50. This maximizes your privacy and helps to keep your healthcare premiums low for the entire family. Sessions are offered in person, over the phone, through web-cam, chat and email, all in ways that are encrypted to protect your privacy.

Areas of Expertise:

My work focuses on women and couples. Individually, I work with women to help reduce their stress as they sort through some of life’s issues related to relationships, work, parenting, extended family, friendships, saying “NO!” and grief. With couples, we work to find new ways to connect, better methods to communicate and share without nagging or yelling, and ways to enrich your relationship. Couples who are excited about our journey to enhance their relationship and who act on what we talk about in session, usually find some peace and relief within 3-4 sessions. Our remaining sessions focus on making those changes last throughout your relationship. All interested clients receive a complimentary phone consultation, where you are invited to share a little about what’s going on in your life and relationship.

Professional Organizations/Affiliations:

National Council on Family Relations (NCFR)
