I use an eclectic, strength based approach to work with couples, families, and individuals.
I have extensive experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, and families. My years of experience have afforded me expertise in the areas of depression, trauma, cancer survivors, grief and loss, anxiety, and stress management. I also finds pleasure and success in working with individuals facing chronic illness and chronic pain. I reinforce the concept that clients get better when they begin using the tools they already have in healthier and more constructive ways. I use the client’s life experiences and self knowledge to guide the direction of therapy. I utilizes a variety of techniques and theories to help change negative thinking patterns and behaviors.
